Most Disappointing Sight

Kegon Falls - Nikko, Japan

We spent quite a lot of time (not to mention money) getting to this place - touted as the tallest waterfall in Japan.

When we got to the top of the mountain, not only were we surprised to find a lot of snow, but also the winds were blowing at about 65km/h (40mph).

The waterfall isn't bad, as waterfalls go; but I guess we were just expecting it to be "Oh wow!"  Maybe it's more impressive during the Spring thaw.
